SIFO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Welcome to SIFO, a franchise management system designed to help streamline communication, class management, and attendance tracking for sports programs. By downloading, accessing, or using the SIFO mobile app or website (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our Service.

  1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the SIFO app, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and any additional terms and policies referenced herein. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the Service.

  1. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information for registration.
  • Agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
  1. Account Registration and Security
  • Account Creation: When creating an account, you must provide accurate information, including your name, email, and any other information required by the Service.

SIFO grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal or business use, subject to these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Post or transmit content that is harmful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service, its servers, or networks connected to the Service.
  • Use automated means (such as bots or scripts) to access or manipulate the Service.
  1. Communication Features

The SIFO app allows users to communicate with franchise owners and coaches. You agree to use this communication feature responsibly and respectfully. We reserve the right to monitor or review messages for compliance with these Terms.

  1. Franchise and Coach Management
  • Franchise Owners: If you are a franchise owner, you are responsible for managing your franchisee account, class schedules, and coach assignments.
  • Coaches: Coaches may access the Service to mark attendance, view their roster, and communicate with franchise owners.
  • Liability: Franchise owners and coaches are responsible for ensuring compliance with local regulations and safety standards during their respective classes and events.
  1. Payments and Subscriptions

Some features of the SIFO app may be subject to payment or subscription fees. If you purchase a paid service:

  • Billing Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information.
  • Payment Terms: Payment is due immediately upon purchase, and you are responsible for all applicable fees and charges.
  • Refunds: Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law.
  1. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  1. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on the Service are the exclusive property of SIFO or its licensors. You agree not to use, reproduce, or distribute any such content without prior written permission from us.

  1. Disclaimer of Warranties

The SIFO app is provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. You use the Service at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SIFO and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, or licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

  1. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SIFO and its affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, or liabilities arising out of your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

  1. Termination

SIFO reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
